Rotary Cutter Fred Cain Agri Cutter AC-203 Rotary Cutter

I need a little help here friends. Picked up this rotary cutter today and it looks as good as new hardly used and well taken care of. The down side is the owner did not have the manual that came with it. I have searched all over for a manual on the web but no luck at finding one. Does anyone have a PDF copy they would care to share or direct me to a location to find one. I like to have owner and parts manuals for all my equipment. What are the feels on these cutters?

B-I-L has one and cuts about 30 acres of pasture a year a couple of times. He has had it for 4 or 5 years and has had no trouble not caused by lack of maintenance. I have repaired the tail wheel 2 times now with weld built up on the shaft and last time had to replace the bushing that the tail wheel slips into. All due to lack of greasing. Also had to replace the tail wheel hub and bearings- same reason, lack of greasing. I did put a small amount of weld on the back of the housing where it tapers to the discharge. A couple of small cracks had started to form. We have a lot of rocks that get hit when mowing and they do dent the **thin sheet metal on his mower which is only about 2mm thick. I don't know what model it is but it is a light duty one.

**NOTE: I have a 1/4" thick deck on my mower and it has a bulge in the side deck where a big rock was slung into it so regardless of the metal thickness, rocks will damage them but that has no effect on the mowing.
