I have one of the bars that attaches to the lower right and left hydraulic three point lifts on my tractor with a trailer hitch ball bolted on to move trailers around here on the property. As you know the weight of the ball makes the bar spin around where the ball points straight down. How does one keep the bar from rotating where the trailer hitch ball stays pointing up? Thanks...

There were slotted brackets made that went over the ends of the drawbar and then clasped the 3 point arms if I recall correctly.

Found it

I think you have a couple of options. There is a pair of clips available that attaches one to each draft link and the draw bar itself so that draw bar can't rotate. Not sure who offers them. There is a bolt on piece available that bolts to the middle of your draw bar on one end, and the other end of it will attach to your top link, which keeps everything locked in place so the bar can't rotate.

Here's a sample of the latter piece that I mentioned:

Then again, most people just make their own trailer mover (3pt handi-hitch), like I did.

I now use a " heavy hitch " much better, more useful.

Thanks for all the replies. A lot more options than I imagined!

Since you already have the drawbar, buy a receiver tube and you can make this.

Xfaxman ... (you may be already aware, a newbi not likely) Be veeeerrry careful of pulling with anything attached at the level of the top link. Unless you want a rearing tractor! ROPS may protect you , but you'll spill your beer!

Always pull with the attachment point below the rear axel.
