Has anyone out there had the chance to use them both and decide which one is best? I am undecided. Thanks.

Not both but I have a quick hitch. I had to modify a few implements to work successfully, coupled with a hydraulic top link is the way to go. Without a hydraulic top link I don't think it would be that much better than the pats system.

Nope, never used Pat's because I went out as soon as we got a tractor and bought a HF QH, and it has worked so well we never looked back.

This always ends up like a lot of other topics on TBN, where people either love what they have and are using; or they had a negative experience and end up hating it and then become rabidly in favor of whatever they buy afterwards to replace it, and then again there are some people just aren't capable of being satisfied.

There are numerous threads on the Pat's EC vs the QH flavor of the day, vs whatever other makes there are, I know because I read most of them and even took part in some of them.

Have used both and like the Speedco Quick Hitch. I don't use the hook for top link connection there is a u shaped brkt that comes with some brands. If your equipment is compatible suggest you modify it to work. well worth the effort.

It depends on whether the 3 point attachments you have meet the category dimension specs. Mine do not so I have to use Pat's system because a QH doesn't fit them.

I have used both the HF quick hitch and the Pat's. Once I realized the HF unit would not fit all of my implements, it went back to the store. I have since been using the Pat's for several years and have been pleased with it overall. Cost is a factor but I did not feel the desire to modify anything to make the HF work. Measure your implements and see what if any will fit. Good luck.
