The following are a few photos of the 3 pt hitch hydraulics. Can anyone explain the two levers for me? It appears one has a detent that MIGHT hold it open, and the other doesn't. Perhaps its just a control for the two lines on either side. Is there anyway to tell which should be the positive and which should be the return? Can these run a hydraulic top link? The one line w/ the guage is what my guy used to check out the PSI output of the internal 3 pt pump and to set the pressure relief valve.
What sort of other uses would these remotes have?
Also, the top link connection is connected to a punger for the draft mode I am sure. I am familiar with the lever that switches mode, however I have not messed around w/ it in draft control at all to see if A it works and B how well, so it might be a moot point. My question though is that there is a pin under where I have the top link hooked up that appears would make the whole top link connect come unhinged "lengthening" the connection point on the tractor... it would also no doubt make the draft control plunger more sensitive... If I am runnin in draft control like w/ a grader box, or a plow (haven't tried either one of them yet though) do I need to "unpin" this point for the draft control to be effective? What other purposes might it serve?
Next question.... My implements "swing" quite freely behind the tractor, as much as a foot either direction. that makes it a pain when backing up with the bush hog and grader blade, and I am sure once I start using the grader box its going to be a HUGE pain in the you know where.... also will probably be a pain once I live on the property and use the blade to push snow in reverse with the blade angled. I have included a few photo's of what looks like a possible mounting point for a stabilizer set up... I am not really familiar with stabilizers and how the attach/adjust so if you don't mind could you take a look at these photo's and give me and idea what I am working with on a stabilizer system. Will the stabilizers tractor supply sells work? I have only looked at them and have not taken the time to figure out if they would even work for my application.
