After doing a search and seeing all the great ideas, does anyone have any actual plans for a cart. Or at least some dimensions to start with. I have the tractor supply heavy duty model (Speedco made)

Thanks - Keith

I have some pics on here, but the dimensions might vary slightly from on tractor to another. And I built mine from stuff I had on hand, so I never drew anything up.

Here are a couple of pictures of mine. They are not real good.
The stand makes hooking up the digger very easy & makes a nice place to store it.
It has 2 hanger chains. One on the auger end & one on the hitch end.
As was stated above, the size would vary with the size of your digger.
I can get some measurements later.

Well folks this is what I came up with. All of your photos were a great help - Thanks Dimensions - Base is 3' by 4' inside dimensions, Outside rails are 4' 4x4, end cap is 3'7" 2x4, top cap is 3'7" 2x6. Mid upright support brace is 3'7" 4x4.

Upright support structure is 2-6' 4x4's with a 3'7" 4x4 header. Uprights are set back from one end 1' . Bracing is cut to fit and 2x6. I got the 175 lb casters. chain, connecting snaps, and forged eye bolts at TSC. I used decking screws and glue through out.

I added a cross member 12" in front of the rear cross brace and put a large lag bolt in it sticking up about 2". This is where I park the end of the PTO shaft. I also added a 2"x2" block on the top back edge of the cross member to keep the top link member for sliding back during moving it around.

I hope the dimensions help folks. If I had to do it again I would have put larger casters on it so I can run it around the gravel driveway or into the barn on the dirt floor.

Very good. Does the job. Hope you don't mind if I copy your design.
