I saw this on Craigslist and was wondering if anybody knows anything about it as there was no info on it. I am not interested in buying it but was just curious

Looks to be home made & maybe quite a bit of extra weight could be added on those rectangular frames.

I agree with Rocky. Horse drawn implement. The weight of the operator on the seat could be supplemented by weight on the trays. If it was hitched to tractor drawbar the wheels in front would not be needed.

Here is another angle, it looks like the handles adjust the angle of the disc. It also shows the front hook up a little better

Yep its a horse drawn disc. Google it under images and a ton of similar images come up.

My dad raised and soldn horses and mules for farming. I am sorry to say, I have spent some very long days on one of those.
