We have a set of the Titan 48" x 4000 lb. bucket forks and stabilizer bar that we got for our Kubota B2710 that did not have SSQA bucket. As Utopia noted, they are great for light loads.

Note: Sold the Kubota so, will make someone a good $$$ deal on the bucket forks / stabilizer bar. Located in Colorado County Texas.

We also have a set of the Titan 48" x 4000 lb. SSQA forks for our NH TL100A and LS XR4046HC tractors. Find quality of the Titan products to be excellent.

Now it will cost me closer to $900 and I will have the old pin-on bucket sitting around.

I went this route once upon a time, buying a QA adapter from Hayspear. I just had the brackets cut off of my original bucket and had a QA plate welded on. But the Hayspear seemed to be kind of a heavy unit for the little Kubota B3030's LA 403 loader. On the plus side, the brackets that pin onto the loader arms could be slid side to side to work on may different loader arm widths.

That is another route I am considering -- cutting the pin-on ears off my stock 60" bucket and then having a QA plate welded on. I think that will cost around $200 for the new plate and welding, and then I don't waste the bucket. Do you remember where you got the QA plate?

When I had a BX, I bought the pin on type pallet forks. They worked real well, except for the pin off/pin on part. Those pins have to be lined up perfectly to install. The QA would have made the difference there. Now, with the B2620, I bought a set of clamp on with the stabilizer bar. They work fine as an occasional moderate duty attachment. Sure wish I had my money back on the pin on set up.

I may have also gotten the QA plate from Hayspear, its been quite a long time. However, shop around. You can buy QA plates from a number of sources at different prices. They're all over ebay or do a Google search.

Glad you asked about the Titan Pallet Forks. I didn't know about this brand. I just ordered a set of the 1500 lb. capacity forks with the spreader bar. Strong enough as my Ford 760A loader on my 1710 is only good for 800 lb. Merry Christmas everyone!

BTW, they were $20 cheaper than Amazon ordering direct from Titan. ...and the price included shipping!

QA is very easy to build for your bucket .. Even if you don't weld you may know someone who does

I've 2 pair of Titan's, one 4K, one 1500lb, mainly because my tractors are in 2 states. If your going to use them for a poor man's grapple definitely get the stabilizer. I cleared a bunch of brush and brambles with them on my M4700, just lower them down, ram about the soil line, lift and pull. For just moving the occasional pallet or furniture I don't always use the stabilizer bar.

If you've got a smaller tractor the 1,500 lb pair can't be beat.

Would it be worth adding a QA to a 1980 Ford 4000?
