Can I plow with turf tires?

I had a MH50 years ago and that rig would pull anything. Only a Continental gasser but lots of oomph.
I'm not a big fan of turning over established gardens, though a food plot might be different. (I mostly want deer to be somewhere else!) I'd try the plow/harrows combo, just pick a dry day as suggested. You might be surprised what your old MH will do. Mine definitely had a diffy lock (1958).

I agree, that tractor has more muscle than you might think, and it sits on the ground with a really solid feel, in light of its hefty weight.

I have a 1956 (it went by the Massey Harris name during that year). I didn't know I probably have differential lock. How do I turn it on and off?
