Oh believe me before I broke the seals I would have done every bit of research possible both on the net and in libraries plus picking the brains of some real practicing diesel mechanics. I'm on the low end of the JD 50xxE series so I can probably get quite a bit more if I found I needed it. One thing I would do is look at the parts list of the various power levels to see when they change the turbo parts or if they do at all. Pumping in more fuel won't work if there is not enough air to mix with it.Honestly if your pump is similar enough to theirs it is pretty evident what they're going after. There are also lots of diagrams of the various pumps out there. Get the model/part number off your pump and look it up for better images of the pump. The pump on that NewHolland looked very much like the typical Bosch VE series pumps used on many diesels.
