I have a leaky Bush Hog Rotary Cutter - Squealer Series SQ720 - I do not have the clutch version. I have the two oil seals I need, but I am not sure how to remove the PTO shaft, have never done this before. There is a pin that sticks out 1/2" on one side and is "Peened" in on the other. Pics below. Do I pull or drive this out? The parts book calls it a "push pin set", i think it is part number 76062. My gear box is #71282. I think I have drive shaft #76737 or #76977 - looks like both use the same pin.

Thanks for the help!

I had a question about my Bush hog brand cutter about a year ago. I called the company direct and they put someone on the phone that was very helpful. You might try that.

I should have had more coffee before posting my question. Just got back from the barn, I used a small hammer and gently gave that "pin" a tap, which loosened up a decade of grease and grime - push the pin and the yoke / shaft slides off.
