I just realized why you're having issues and possibly why Ive never seen this before.

Do you have TnT? When I drop my box, I release all valve pressure on my top and side link and I see the box settle a bit. Then my pins slide out and the 3pt arms drop to the bottom position.

Easy fix, just get TnT! Honestly I woukd t box blade without it. IMO.

TnT is on the list, just letting the wife used to the tractor first, lol.

I use an 6' piece of 3/4" thick steel pipe for "horsing" around a 6' boxblade and other implements. Heck of a lot cheaper than a digging bar as it was free. :D We were having a water plant that I worked in retrofitted and I got several pieces of the old heavy pipe to take home. They have come in quite handy over the years. You could probably find some in a salvage yard for cheap.

Great instructions, but if I could add one item. I find that at times I need to slack off on one of the lift arms (mine has an adjustable crank on one side) to take the bind off. Also be sure to grease up the ball joints and pins in the future - this helps in the binding too.

Exactly. After taking the top link off, adjust the one arm up or down to relieve the tension between left and right Slide the pins out and drive away. No hammering, no levers.

I was able to get it off thanks to the advice here!

1. Took pins out of stabilizer arms
2. Disconnected top link
3. Dropped implement onto pallet
4. Wiggled side links and hitch pin until it came off.

Thanks all!
