Kubota BX2670-1
I'm looking for a flexible setup to mount suitcase weights on either the front or rear of the tractor depending on the situation. I'd also like to have no weights/brackets mounted on the tractor such that the loader or other implements can be on the the 3ph and not interfere. I think I've found a bolt on/pin on solution for my Kubota BX2670-1.

First for the front suitcase weight brackets.

This bracket can be bolted on with the guard in place, has a 2" receiver, and can remain on the tractor even with the front end loader installed.

Next we need a 2" receiver bracket for suitcase weights.

After that we need a 2" receiver for the rear.

Finally inexpensive suitcase weights.

This should allow the weights to be installed on the front or rear of the tractor, and all the brackets to be easily removed such that they don't interfere with the front end loader. It would also allow you to keep the weights and weight bracket if you ever sold the tractor, to put on the next tractor.

Weights on the front will have to be really low to clear the loader crossbar when it is fully down, below level. No problem if the weight is to replace the weight of a removed loader.

You are correct. The front weights and weight bracket would need to be removed when the loader is on the tractor. I can see needing these weights on the front when bush hogging with no loader on the front. Then putting the bracket/weights on the rear of the tractor with the loader on and no implement on the 3ph.
