4 foot Cat 2 box blade: What for?

Looks like at least Cat 2 going by pin spacing. Any ideas what the intended use would be?

Maybe for a trail dozer?

That's a 4' Cat 1 Box blade.A darn good one too if you need a small one. Its flipped upside down now.

Hitch pins are way wider spaced than half the implement + 2 inches.
