Weight-wise the Titan 60" is awful close to the KKII... I do like the smoother upper deck on the Titan compared to the KK. Bound to clean easier, where the KK vintage I own has seams and 90's everywhere. Sometimes much of the mark-ups come from the name on the sticker.

Looks like you can currently buy a 72" King Kutter tiller, including delivery to your residence (no tax either), for $2070 from Blaine's Farm and Fleet in Wisconsin. That is a very good price for a quality tiller, including delivery. Weight of the 72" King Kutter is 750 lbs. I have bought from Blaine's before, and they are truly a first class company to deal with.
Agri Supply has a 72" gear driven "tillovator" for $1495 plus shipping. I know nothing about the quality. I do not know the weight, but I suspect it must be lighter than the King Kutter. My experience with other items purchased from Agri Supply has been excellent.
I have a 60" King Kutter, and I like it. (the paint job is poor)
I like Titan stuff also, and their prices are always great, but they do not have a tiller yet.

As someone mentioned, and they are wise - weight is you friend.
My YJR 074 Terra Force (Ansung) is close to 1000 lbs and built like a tank. Search the advertisers here and I believe the price will be comparable. Several here have them and I believe there are ZERO complaints.

Good luck in your choice.

The Titan in decatur tn either shipping new tillers or very close a dealer close to me called them while I was there . gonna wait and see one b4 I decide and they are powder coated and all the new king kutters I see are missing a lot of paint and rusted . Hard for me to pay a price like that and rusted but still up on list

Tillers will rust no matter what the brand. Its your care and upkeep that will make the difference. I keep a fine wire brush, a can of rust converter, and a can of matching paint for all my equipment. If I see a rust spot I brush, spray with the rust converter, then top coat. On the underside I only use the rust converter at season end, as next year it will be worn off again.

Hope this helps

PS powder coat is only as good as the base prep (same for any paint or covering) Bad prep, bad paint. I have rust on my powder coated stuff too - just took longer to show up.
