Which One do you want to know about?
Ummmm. .... The answer appears to be YES.....

Here's the story:

"Now I'm not very big on praise, as I have the bar set pretty high when it comes to my expectations of items I purchase. When I was in the market for some kind of grapple bucket for my new Kubota L4701 I did my research and came across your company. Everything I read was positive, quality, customer service, free delivery and the online videos were invaluable in helping me choose my attachment and learn who to use it most effectively. Still unsure I called your company to double check I was purchasing the correct attachment for my job. I was reassured I had crossed the correct one and placed my order for a 66" Wicked Root Grapple. According to goggle I live 968 miles away from your facility and the free shipping was honored (within 1,000 miles). I live in the Maine woods and use my grapple for moving large logs around for sawing and clearing brush mostly. I had an annoying stump that had been in my way for a while so I decided to test the grapple to see if it could get it out of the ground. After 30 minutes of digging and prying and pulling my grapple freed the stump which was so big my tractor could not lift it! All without any damage to the grapple. I also own a construction company for which the real job of my grapple came into play. I had been tasked to remove and old house from a lot we were going to develop soon. Instead of hiring an excavator I wanted to see what my new grapple could do. After a full week of work my "Little" Kubota L4701 and my 66 Wicked Root Grapple had completely torn down a two story house broken it up and sorted the wood, which was burned, and loaded half a dozen 30 yard roll off containers for disposal. This saved me about $15,000 in site work clean up costs. The performance of the grapple far exceeded my expectations. The only damage to the grapple was a slight bend in the top of the metal clamping arm between the two tines. This is barley perceivable and dose not in any way effect the operation of the grapple. I can only say this grapple was everything promised and more! The strength and light weight were an engineering masterpiece! I will definitely be purchasing many more attachments for Everything Attachments, thank you for exceeding my expectations!" --Tim

And here's the proof:

Either they had foam filled tires or had lots of flats tearing down a house with lots of nails, etc. to puncture a tire.

I didn't think about that, but it is a very valid concern. I emailed him, and will report my findings.

Years ago before there were any excavators around here they had to take down an old large two story house with a large dozer with a canopy. The operator simply lined it up with two outside corners ,put it in gear and jumped off and when the dozer came out the other side got back on and finished off the house.

I got a reply regarding tire health when tearing down the house....

"I did get flats at first and was a real pain in the a** then had the fronts filled with foam."

 don't try that on a house that has a basement!
