Could you share a pic or two of the plumbing you used for your third function. I am specifically interested in hose locations and how or if they are attached to the loader arms. Did you use a bulkhead bracket or are the quick connects loose? I need to re do the hoses from the operator station forward. things aren't working out well. The hoses don't seem to move well with the loader arms, the quick connects are banging on the loader arms and are dangerously close to being pinched by the bucket tilt cylinders. Any pics or suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks

Here's my set up. Stock W.R. Long hoses and brackets.

I used heavy zip ties and followed the original loader hoses along the arms. Here's where the disconnects are if you wanted to take the loader off.

I recently installed the W.R. Long 3rd function kit on my tractor and initially went with a home made bracket to mount the hoses up on the loader cross arm. Well, that didn't last long. Took about a day to bend the bracket, and I'm pretty lucky that I didn't damage the hoses in the process. So back to the drawing board, and it looks like I had the same problem you have. I ended up going with the hose spring kit from Everything Attachments, and I a very happy with it.

This kit allows you to re route the hoses on your tractor so they don't get pinched off by your bucket movement

This is on a MF 2660 using a DL250 loader. The hose routing was by the dealer. I've never had a problem with that in 5 years. Pictures inserted below.
The close-up shows a bracket mounted on the FEL cross member where the quick-disconnect hose fittings are fastened. That stops the quick connects from banging on the loader frame. Commonly available hose connectors are made to mount in such brackets. The frontal view of the tractor shows the same bracket and connectors but also shows how the relief is done for the hoses using zip ties. The "over the hood" view shows the third function hoses and how they are run along the FEL frame. This general configuration is pretty common. I think the bracket for the quick connector mounting to the loader frame is a std MF part. Everyone has trouble providing enough slack hose length forward of the quick disconnects (mine run to a 4-in-1 "pinch bucket.") The problem is you have to have enough slack for complete free bucket motion and yet, if you do, the hoses dangle too much in behind the bucket when it is rolled back. I use a crude pair of bungy cords for support there. I have seen long springs used too. Not seen any ingenious solution for that yet.
