pallet fork flip up locking clip failure

I have a set of pallet forks I've had for a year and one of the levers on one of the flip up clips that locks the forks into a gap slot popped off. Not sure how it happened. I just noticed it one day. It now will not lock into any of the slots. Just wondering if anyone has had the same issue and how they resolved? I'll post pics or a video later on this. I haven't really looked at how I would solve this. I bought the forks from everything attachments. Here's a video of the clips on a similar pallet fork implement. I have seen people just put a bolt in there

If it's in the unlock position I wouldn't worry about it. All my forks are always left unlocked, don't have to worry about them getting stuck in the locked position. They never move even when bouncing around empty in the woods.
