I have a pasture that I need to plow. I plowed it with my neighbors small disk plow. Most of the grass is gone and I have about one inch of loose topsoil. Should I try to plow it deeper I want to plant some bermuda grass.

I wouldn't plow it. IMHO grass doesn't need that much of a bed to germinate. If you plow it up, you'll have to disc it again to smooth out the furrows. Drag it to level, then plant.

Disc Plows and Disc Harrows are distinct implements with different goals.

I have never read of anyone describing a Disc Plow as "small".

Which implement did you use?

Primary tillage implements are mostly plows: most often traditional Moldboard Plows, less often Disc Plows (which are NOT Disc Harrows). The primary purpose of plowing is to turn over the upper layer of the soil, often sod, bringing nutrients to the surface, burying sod, weeds and the remains of previous crops; encouraging decomposition. Plow goals are distinct from Tandem Disc Harrow goals.

The Three Point Hitch mounted Tandem Disc Harrow is a secondary tillage implement. The Disc Harrow is a form of tiller, most efficient mixing and smoothing soil in long runs, i.e. fields. The goals in harrowing are mixed soil and a smooth bed behind the implement.

If you do not care about the original grass and the Bermuda grass being intermixed after the Bermuda germinates, go ahead and sow the Bermuda, then drag or roll in. Bermuda likes moisture. If the Bermuda is not irrigated there is a possibility the original grass will choke out the Bermuda over several seasons if you do not experience fairly regular rain.

Before seeding a SOIL TEST and soil amendment is a cheap way to improve pasture yields over the long term.

Ask what your neighbors plant in their pastures.

It is the perfect time of year to establish new grass in the South.
