I picked up a Jolly/ Maschio 180P finish mower yesterday, cheaper than I could get a descent rider. It mows well, but I'm really not sure on how to get all the floating pins adjusted right, I have a manual but it is a bit unclear. Also where can I get replacement parts other than blades, spindles, belts?

Any land pride dealer should be able to help you as they sell rebranded Maschio flail mowers under Land Pride paint and there are a network of maschio dealers in the US.

There are good italian to english translator programs on the web too.

I picked up a Maschio flail mower this spring and I can get parts reasonably priced from a Maschio dealer in Iowa. I tried getting blades from a Land Pride dealer but their model numbering scheme doesn't match up so I ended up getting the wrong size blade.

Iowa Farm Equipment

Their site doesn't mention a finish mower specifically, but it may be worth sending them an email.

Not to bring a thread back from the dead here, but just some things I've learned about my Maschio Jolly 180 (painted Mahindra red and with Mahindra stickers but otherwise just a Jolly 180) that I purchased when I bought my Mahindra 2638HST Cab:
BrooksAgParts online sells specific parts for it. It shares a lot of parts with many other mowers like Caroni, Land Pride, Curtis, Techma, etc. They are grouped into "Italian finish mowers" on some parts sites as they are almost all the same.
- Blades: XHT T14004020 - they are about $60-70 (in 2023) for the set of 3. Long lasting blades even with the sandy soil and portions of red clay I have here in East Texas.
- Spindles - GA Equipment (Georgia Equipment) sells the wheels, pivoting arms for the wheels (I've bent a couple), and the spindles. NOTE that there are two versions of the spindles for the 120/150/180. One with the grease fitting on the side of the spindle (you grease from underneath) and one with the grease fitting on the top. Mine have them on the top and I've been trying to find a spare to put on the shelf just in case I bend one for whatever reason. GA equipment sells the two bearings and nut for about $30 to "rebuild" a spindle when the time comes. (I'm expecting it eventually with the sand here).
- Belts: (2 needed) Part 180 00557023 that I get on Amazon for about $30
- Wheels (4 needed) - be sure to grease the axles and the pivoting arms frequently. The sand kills the bearings on the wheels on mine so I've gone through a couple in about 500 hours of use. Wheels are 1/2" axle, the part I search is 00556647. Usually your local tractor supply or atwoods, etc will carry them. Super common wheel/axle size. $40-50 each with bearings.
- Pivoting arms for the wheels (4 needed) - Oddly enough they are made in INDIA. Part T14008007, about $40 each shipped on Amazon. The replacements seem to be holding up much better than the original ones. The originals were made of some cheap pot metal that bent super easy. I'm happy with the replacements.
