Default John Deer H1110 Disk - Any Good?

I have a chance to buy a JD H1110 disk that needs work but the price is right. Anybody have any information on these as to quality? I would be using it behind an 85 HP kubota for tilling up food plots and dove fields etc. I would think JD would be good quality and it looks pretty heavy built but can't find much about them so far. When I do a search for parts I don't get much when I put in H1110. Are parts available for these disks? Any help appreciated.

Most Disc Harrows are assembled by manufacturers from generic purchased parts.

Agri Supply has a wide and deep assortment of generic Disc Harrow parts available. If you are competent at measuring, Agri Supply should have everything you need.

4 of them listed for sale on tractorhouse.com
Looks like a little smaller and lighter version of the JD TW that I have. Should be a good disk. It will be all your tractor can handle.
As Jeff said, you can probably get aftermarket parts, but JD dealers will have the OEM parts as well. (I can still get OEM parts for my TW and it's over 50 years old)

The one I was looking at was one of those on Tractorhouse. Bought it this afternoon. No beauty and it needs some TLC but I like working on old stuff and restoring it. Needs a bearing or two and 1 disk. Of course I will wind up tearing it apart, painting it and rebuilding it eventually. Only 10 foot wheel disk with a good cylinder and in fair shape I have seen for less than a grand or more so I am satisfied. Didn't think I would get hurt buying John Deere either. I'll just park it in my shed for about a year or so and start on that project once I retire. Right now I am working on the Cultipacker Project which will keep me busy this summer. Same model disk, in better shape and with a nicer paint job was going for $1950 on Tractorhouse so I don't think I got hurt getting mine for $550.
