What brand and size?
Very little info available for US use very big in Europe.

Some equipment is better left in Europe. I think these were developed for the narrow roads and alleys so the operator could get close to a wall or building to dig a trench.

Case 580 LBH or a mini excavator is a much better option.

They are hard to find here in the states -think JCB has one out off the top of my head. Unless you need faster transport speed for digging work the Mini X is the way to go for the cost.

Found an Itilian maker now also in US. Enorossi in Rocky Mount, NC. I am waiting on cost and tractor fitment will update.
Enorossi took over Gherardi who made high quality sideshifts for many years.

John Deere had several. I've seen them and used one on a JD backhoe. Sometimes it was handy. Looked at one mounted on a JD 450 crawler. I don't recall the Manuf # but it was built the same as a JD 93A backhoe but had the side shift mounting plate.
