I read some old posts on grapple buckets...neat! Where can I get a good one, and how much are they? The only one I could find was the Virnig Mfg. but no prices posted on their web site. I have a TC40D. Thanks.

You may want to check out this post. This grapple was added to a TC-40D so I'm sure he can give you some information. grapple link

Grapple forks or grapple buckets? Or is it grapple forks for buckets? If you are looking for grapple forks try Budget Forklift Parts Inc.. They have a single arm grapple fork lift on a "quick attach" (bobcat style) connection for about $2,400 called the Dur-A-Grab. /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

Here is a chinese version. I don't know anything about them, but I ran across this site the other day.

That looks like a near-exact copy of Worksaver's grapple rake.
Though they increased the rake shank from 5/8" to 3/4" the
the cylinders have been downsized. Price is about the same.

I ordered mine from Attachments International. 66" root rake and grapple was $1150 + freight. Will post pictures when it arrives this week.

That's a fairly low price. I'm assuming you are referring to these guys.
I didn't find anything they specifically called a root rake.
What exactly did you select?

I got a video from Anbo Mfg. last fall. The grapple rakes look very impressive. I just like the style of there desgin. The teeth are closer, looks stronger. The cylinders are more "hidden".

Just onther option.

I saw AnBo's product and spoke with Terry Anderson at the National Farm Machinery Show in Louisville. Terry was very helpful and his product looked really good. AnBo would be my first choice for a brush rake.
