Can anyone identify this old disc plow?

The pans turn fine, but there is some looseness in the bearings. I have no idea how to get this apart. I'm sure i can figure it out, but advice from those with the knowledge already is always welcome!

The furrow wheel bearings are shot. This looks to be a straight forward fix. The adjustment for the furrow wheel is all but gone. I'm thinking I can weld on a couple of new tabs, and use a Cat 1 top link to make it adjustable again.

Its clear that the rear pan was replaced with one from a disc but it looks to be the same shape and dimensions as the front one.

Any advice on where I can get parts and the manufacturer is greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Well considering that I'm 20mi from Athens & their plant that could be...

I see that you sell refurbished disc plows. Any advise on parts or disassembly? I'm going on get a better look at it today I ran out of light last night.

The disc blade spindle nut is probably under the blade. Ken Sweet
