Anyone know anything about this model. I cannot seem to find anything online. Got one not too far away I may be interested in. Has a hydraulic cylinder, but appears to be for offset. Dont look like the blade angles other than what it does when offsetting.

Also, no idea on weight. ITs an 8'. Cannot find any specs. So hoping someone here has an old manual???

That is a model from over 40 years ago or there abouts. Your tractor should do fine and it has to angle! Things pback then were from a piece of paper not a computer so if anything it is over built.

It looks like it maybe angles.....but that cylinder that is attached is for offset. Was really hoping someone knows what it weighs.

Almost got excited, as I saw a hydraulic angle landpride in dayton. 2-hour drive was more than I wanted. But it was a 9' RB40108 anld looked pretty good. But someone decided to in dayton c-list but its really in franklin IN, a little south of indianapolis. So that would be a 4-hour drive. $1150 ask on it, would consider it if it was closer....but aint making a 4-hour drive one way for it.

That back blade appears to be a Gill/Woods HBL-96 or at least its built the same. The blade looks and is shaped different than the Gill but it may have been replaced. Anyway I have a HBL-84 7 footer and it weights 560 lbs without any hydraulics. It is capable of 3 way adjustments but only the offset has the ears for a cylinder. I've seen pictures of modifications for all hydraulic adjustments.

When I bought mine used I thought about installing all the cylinders but don't have the setup on the tractor for it and after using it I don't think I would ever need the hydraulics. If you were using it at different locations and a lot of different jobs it would be necessary. I'm just using a turnbuckle for the offset and the tilt and angle have pins which are standard.

It's a well built blade and suits my needs and the replaceable cutting edge has two edges with holes in the center.

The weak point of these types blades is the pin that holds the blade onto the angling box. It's a 1" bolt and nut through the plate and into the blade holder. It gets wore out over the years and I installed a bushing in the plate and reinstalled the bolt to tighten up the slope. Here's the plate after removal:
