I took delivery of my everything attachments 72" rake style grapple today. I went with the rake style because I wanted to be able to grub out roots and small brush. It will also be used for some tractor logging this winter . I was hopping they were going to come out with a dual lid version of this grapple but after playing around with it today I think it will do everything I need. I could also modify this into a dual lid relatively easy down the road if I wanted to. There was a little mix up in the shipping as some how they sent a 72" wicked dual lid grapple , but after a short phone call everything was straightened out and the right grapple Was delivered today ,less than 5 business days after the wrong one was delivered . I think Everything Attatchments is great to deal with and resolved the issue within a more than acceptable time frame. After looking at both grapples they are both quality built with a lot of attention to detail and professionalism.
Here's a few pictures from today. It had no trouble picking up that spruce log which is around 24" on the big end , and was about all I could lift without putting more ballast on the rear of the tractor. I'll update this thread as I get some more time with the new grapple.
