I took delivery of my everything attachments 72" rake style grapple today. I went with the rake style because I wanted to be able to grub out roots and small brush. It will also be used for some tractor logging this winter . I was hopping they were going to come out with a dual lid version of this grapple but after playing around with it today I think it will do everything I need. I could also modify this into a dual lid relatively easy down the road if I wanted to. There was a little mix up in the shipping as some how they sent a 72" wicked dual lid grapple , but after a short phone call everything was straightened out and the right grapple Was delivered today ,less than 5 business days after the wrong one was delivered . I think Everything Attatchments is great to deal with and resolved the issue within a more than acceptable time frame. After looking at both grapples they are both quality built with a lot of attention to detail and professionalism.
Here's a few pictures from today. It had no trouble picking up that spruce log which is around 24" on the big end , and was about all I could lift without putting more ballast on the rear of the tractor. I'll update this thread as I get some more time with the new grapple.

I recently bought a grapple and mine does the same thing yours appears to do in the 2nd and 3rd photos. The hydraulic connections are up high and very exposed when the bucket is rotated forward a bit. I also had some limbs poke thru the grapple and loosen up one of the latching handles. Noticed it when I dumped the brush i had in the grapple. I just got through welding up some expanded wire on the back of the grapple and a plate to protect the grapple connections to hopefully bring that stuff to a halt.

Yours already has a grill over the radiator area and thats my next project. Will be safer when using the grapple or other attachments.

Looks like a nice set up with that winch grapple combo.

Enjoy :)

I was looking at putting some expanded metal in the center opening in the grapple . And I should have ordered the hoses about 12" longer. I plan on getting 2 short hoses to add to the ones on it and maybe some 45* or 90* swivel fittings on the grapple end.

I put some 90* fittings on the grapple , it gave me enough slack that I don't need to put longer hoses on. Also got a some time using it today and this thing is awesome , but I definatly need to put a screen on the center section as this will be a problem area if not addressed.
