"Dealing with an end user" is what got Titan awards for being a webseller of distinction?

Hey, they should be glad they're not dealing with my brother-in-law! He's one of those kind of guys who'll walk in a car dealership every day for a stinkin' MONTH just so the manager'll knock off $100 on a $30,000 car. LOL He beats people to pieces on price and just wears them down. They say yes, just to get rid of him. He probably spends $1000 in time to save a $100. LOL And companies like DishNetwork and such when there's a problem..... he'll sit at work if he's not busy doing something and literally BLOW THEIR PHONE UP as a hobby. He doesn't get through to a manager, he'll hang up and call back. He doesn't hear what he wants to from the manager, he'll hang up, call back and try to reach a different manager in a different call center. He's a nice guy and not rude to them or anything, he's just persistent as all get out and REFUSES to take no for an answer. I told him the next car I buy, he's my guy. :)

My issue with pallets as outside storage is they rot over time and end up getting thrown away with my mill slabs. I've used them for a plastic barrel with maple sap and a few other items but overall they are better off in a warehouse which I don't own.

This is true. Since I get the pallets free in my case, I don't worry about that. My equipment that sets out will go in my equipment shed once I get that built, but maybe you can get the free tarps with coupon at Harbor Freight if there's one near you and since you've got mill slabs, throw down a couple of them, then set the pallet on top of those. That way, the free tarp is covering most of the pallet from the top and the slabs prevent moisture and termites coming up from the bottom. When those rot, easily replaced! :) I'm working out the logistics of my order for my sawmill right now and I'll have free mill slabs soon myself.

Walking into a car dealer is not how to save money, the web changes that game. It's all about the dealers business plan and if they are willing to sell for volume or not. Interesting thing about car dealers is the musical chairs aspect of who works there. I bought 4 new Tundras and never got the best deal at the previous place plus never was it the same person, no matter how great the old deal. On my current 2015 F-150 it was make your list of "stuff", i.e. options then call/send the list around within your shopping area and see who's got the best deal. I can afford to drive a couple hours and save thousands. Our Kawasaki mule was a $2,000 savings over the nearest dealer 50RT away over into WV a pleasant, all day trip.
My latest tractor was 809 miles west of me.
Free slabs is a concept not reality. They are heavy @ my age and don't flip themselves off of a manual mill. I burn a few choice ones but crappy stuff goes over a steep slope.
A $3 walmart tarp is cheaper than a 4 hour trip to HF for a so called free one.

It seems more logical to me to put a ball on the drawbar and pull that way, than a receiver on a front backplate? I use tractor a few times a year to move our RV travel trailer after a trip and more often to move a utility trailer around. I would rather not do those things "backwards", as it seems to me. ----------------------------.

I am surprised that nobody commented on this. I prefer to do it "backwards".

Back when I had a tractor I put a receiver hitch on the front so I could easily push trailers where they needed to go.

I now have a hitch on the TORO+Loader. Much easier to hook up:

Much easier to maneuver into place:

Even have a front hitch on the Ranger Electric UTV:

I recently got a 42" Titan linked above. It arrived in perfect shape and fits my Branson's SSQA well.

The delivery people earned their fees. We're way up a mountain on a twisty road and they got it to my gate. Unfortunately they used a 40' long truck and couldn't make it to the house.
