Just good timing because I dont think it would have lasted very long on c-list. Saw it 16 min after it went up and called immediatly. Wasnt even in the market for a tiller.

He was asking $125. But had no way to load it into the bed of a pickup, and I had my gooseneck burried, plow on truck, weights in bed, etc. Would have been a pain to go get. The guy had a little landscape trailer and offered to deliver it for $150 total (an additional $25). Considering it was ~45 min away......SOLD.

PTO shaft is stuck and dont telescope, so its soaking in penetrating oil....clutch will need adjusted/free'd up, and two of the tines are loose and need the bolts replaced.

Other than that, it looks in good shape, nothing bent or broken, gearbox tight, etc. Just rusty from sitting outside.

Got to love it when you are the first guy on the DEAL.

I felt that way on my backhoe till it finally arrived. Still got an okay deal but not as advertised.

Good deal. Had the same kinda deal last week when I bought my 7' double auger lorenz snow blower. Wasn't looking, price was right, PTO shaft was stuck etc. Sometimes you get lucky.

I have scored some great craigslist deals, but never one that good! However, I own a 48" roto-tiller like that, its been a great unit. Really digs nice.

That was a great deal! A little TLC and you'll have a really nice tiller for very little money.
