This is an FFC skid steer style grader rake slightly modified for this Kubota B26. It is being tried out by a Civil Tech student from the University of New Hampshire. Note the ease with which he operates this attachment even though having used it only a few minutes before this video was shot.
The FFC grader/rake is available through Palladin Attachments. The original design, called a FrontRunner, is by Russ Lanoie of Conway, NH who shot this video. Lanoie uses it extensively to maintain 25 unpaved development roads and miles of private driveways in New Hampshire's White Mountains. This B26 has since been replaced with an L45 which has greater capacity and excellent gearing for this type of work.
The slight modifications include shortening the push frame to bring the grader/rake closer to the tractor, and pushing from the bottom of the attachment plate which looks awkward but enhances visibility for use on a TLB such as this.
