In the next few weeks I plan on purchasing a pin on adapter to convert my loader to quick attach. Everything Attachments carries both the W. R. Long and ATI products. What other options are available for consideration? I don't weld so I am only considering a plug and play adapter.

Assuming you have the Kubota loader on your tractor, have you priced the Kubota unit through wholegoods? I bought a Kubota SSQA adapter for my L3710 for a different model (can't remember which model), and all I needed for fitment was a few washers since the ears were spaced a little wide for my loader. Adapter cost around 500 bucks and was typical Kubota quality with snazzy orange paint.

Some Kubota dealers will be more helpful than others in your quest. If one dealer is no help, seek out another.

Here's a thread with some info that may be relevant. Not my thread, but I used it for advice and did the same steps. Worked out great. SSQA opens up a whole new world of possibilities.

Good luck.

Same deal with me. Found one that was spec'd for another tractor and works great on my L3600. Only needed a few washers for spacers. Got mine for less than $450 through my Kubota dealer. It also got a free ride from the distributor since the dealer had other parts coming.

This might help a little.

Thanks bspeedy and houser52 for your replies. Based on your experiences, I would expect the LA703 adapter to work on my LA723 loader. I will do some measuring in the next couple of weeks when I am at my property and proceed accordingly.

One other question; when ehb86 from the linked thread cut the pin on brackets off his bucket, he cut completely through the bucket. That is not how I would envision doing it. I would only cut them off flush with the outside of the bucket. How did you do it?

Thanks repowell for the link. Each time I read a thread detailing a ssqa conversion I get a clearer picture in my mind of the process. This isn't rocket science. I think I'll be able to complete the project pretty painlessly.
