I have a Blizzard B64 3point snow blower that has an electric motor to rotate the chute. I need the wiring harness that goes from the Snow Blower to the tractor. Any idea where I might find one?

That's easy.
DPDT center off spring loaded switch and 2 wires.
A 15 v amp fuse on hot side.

I understand what you are saying and I have researched how DPDT switches work. I have learned the motor is a Ford power window motor. I have acquired a 5 pin power window switch. Now my question is, can I power the motor directly thru the switch or do I need to use relays?

If this works* the switch shown is a DPDT spring loaded center off and is less then $10. and will handle your amperage.
Diagram shows how to wire.
My blower is controlled this way and has run just fine for over 5 years.
Fuse at 10 amps and I'd suggest 16 g wire.
(15 amps protects the wire gauge, but 10 amp covers most switches plus suspect your motor draws much less)

*(Think it did!)

Sorry 'bout that.
I'll try to describe how to wire.

The DPDT switch will have 6 tabs.
You wire the outer 4 in an X fashion with a pair of outer lugs/tabs going to your motor.
The power from the battery gets wired to the 2 center tabs.
Flipping toggle in one direction will rotate one way and in the opposite direction the other way.
Just be careful that when you cross over that the X is insulated or provide good clearance.

As mentioned earlier that is a center off 2 way spring loaded switch with 6 tabs or lugs.
Can be found in toggle or rocker styles. (I prefer toggle USA quality, but that is a personal preference.)
