I know this is kind of a stupid question but has anyone found a reasonable source of attachments for a small tractor (Kubota B7300). I can find stuff for larger tractors and there are plenty of web sites of equipment companies, but what I am really looking for is a place (or places) that may have good supply of used stuff, a good company to work with etc.

I've not had much luck finding used implements. We've got a large used implement dealer nearby and they have some small stuff, but it tends to be beat. This dealer carries more new cat 1 stuff than used.

A couple of members have mentioned auctions but I don't have the time to invest in that route right now.

I suspect most of the implements bought by homeowners are kept, even if not used more than once. Something about just having the capability to plow the back 40 even if you don't ever intend to /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif

Used implements in the size you need are kind of tough to find. I run a B7100 (your B7300 is the nicer/newer version) and have had to scrounge around a lot, mostly on the phone and in the newspaper, to find implements to fit. My 5 ft. back blade was purchased new from TSC. I'd call it a light to medium duty blade and it works just fine for the B7100 and it was just under $200. My Land Pride 4 ft. bush hog came out of the classifieds of the local newspaper. Found it under the tractor/farm implements section. Guy who had it only used it once or twice and decided he needed/wanted a larger one. Just have to keep your eyes open and have a bit of patience if you're looking into "experienced" equipment. Some of the stuff from TSC, Farm & Fleet, etc. is inexpensive and generally OK, some of it does't hold up as well as might be expected.

Thanks to both of you. I think you both have experienced what I have, when people buy them they keep them whether they use them or not. I really haven't found much out there as well but will keep looking

I know that lots of folks wouldn't think of doing this, but I have found and bought a tiller and a boxblade at a local equipment rental yard. These were both top quality brands and I bought them at about the same price as you would spend for lightweight junky equipment (plus I didn't have to pay for freight). So far, this equipment has held up very well for me. When I ask the rental company if an implement is for sale, they tell me that everything they stock is for sale or rent. You might check this out, these places certainly have lots of used equipment.
