what kind of plow is this?

That looks like an Oliver model 246 plow. We had one years ago, with 16" bottoms. If it would have been 14's, I'd probably still have it. A tad much for the IH 240 to handle.

If you stop the youtube when the tractor is right across from the camera than you can see that the way the lower right three point hitch draft arm is attached to the plow is different than the picture of an Oliver plow that you provided in a later link. I've seen that setup before with adjusting bolt before and after the pulling beam but just can't find a picture of it on the internet. You can also see that the longer of the two main plow beams is bent. It'll be tough to get that plow to turn over soil perfectly.

If that area is on a hill (kind of looks like it) keep in mind drainage and erosion as you work the ground.
