Just got my new Ansung 2545C-QB loader home today on my Kubota L3200DT, installed by the Kubota dealer who is also an Ansung dealer. This loader and bucket is supposed to be the same as the Kubota LA525 except for the decals -- not sure about that but okay. I knew I shouldn't have bought a tractor without a loader but didn't need one at the time.
So I pull it off my trailer and start curling the bucket. Sometimes it curls down, sometimes it curls up, sometimes it is real jerky, sometimes it curls down and up and around when I hold the control lever to the right. Definitely not the smooth action on my other Kubota tractor with a Woods loader.
What would cause a bucket to keep curling, like it hits the bottom edge when curled down and then goes back up on its own? Shouldn't it stop when it hits bottom? What would make it go both directions when the lever was pulled just to the right or just to the left?
Moving the joystick straight up or straight down raises and lowers the arms like it is supposed to. It is only the curling that seems to be really goofy.
Sure, I can take it back to the dealer (might have to) but they are 70 miles away, it is Saturday, and they have closed for the day.
Thanks in advance!
