And most 3 inch diameter roots come in a 3000 pound rating.

Jason- Backhoe update- I have just pulled off my B4690 after about 20 hours (that is actual use, not moving around or other, took about two months) of hard use to do some garden prep for the wife.. I was digging up some trees, up to a couple of 8 inchers, most clearing out an old fence line with 4 to six inch trees, also some foundation work.. The foundation work was the easiest.. The backhoe and all fittings look great. The top pen adaptor bushing will need to be replaced this time. Cost if I remember right is $2.40 Kubota or $1.65 genertic at the co-op... I still have two Kubota bushings hanging on the shop wall from when I bought the first one, so my backhoe is just going on number three. Hope this helps and not too late, but wanted to finsish and take it off before I gave you a final update... Best of luck, and let us know what backhoe you finally use....
