Hi ya's
I had a look at a new farm today in New Zealand and there is abit of scrub on it ,no big trees i have seen rockland Mfg and D&E Mfg make stick rakes for loaders has anyone got one or seen them?? rockland is in Bedford PA and D&E are in moncks corner near charleston ,south carolina from what i can find on the net the tractor i have is 150Hp with a NZ made loader on it any ideas would be great

Sounds to me that a Brush Brute is what you are looking for. If you go back to page 4 of this group,you'll see a post titled:Bush Hog Mowers,by Jon T. on 03/27/01. About mid way through it I interjected the Brush Brute into the discussion. It is described there,with a link to a picture,and contact info for the manufacturer. I think this is what you need.

Hi ya
yep had a look at url and looked good would it block in thick scrub? just thinking once the teeth got full would it not just push scrub over with out pulling it out i like the look of this one

click on skid steer with the graple over top to hold sticks and make it better for stacking
but i'll keep the brush brute in mind

You just empty it when it fills up is all. I use mine in prickly ash,junipers,red cedar,poplar,and other scrub trees and brush.

Hi ya's
well i found out today what it will cost to make .it's going to have replaceble tip's on it (like ripper points cast with a pin holding them on should take 8 weeks to build and costing about 5300 kiwi $$$ (2800 USD) i'll get some pic's once after i have a play with it
