This has been mentioned in passing.
Since my BB is too big for my tractor and to better control the depth it cuts, I'd like to be able to limit the depth it cuts. I could mount some receiver hitch type mounts on the top rear of the BB and attach to that.
But practically, I think I'd need to be able to adjust the wheels on the fly in order to start pulling dirt, then lower the wheels.
I suppose it would work to control the depth of the scarifiers by themselves, which might be good.
Maybe I should just fab some skid shoes that would bolt to the inside of the BB and pivot in the front so it would be adjustable by a pin at the rear. That way I could adjust it quickly (although stopped) and it could cut in to a certain level, then potentially remain at that depth............. Hummmmmmmm, need another tottie and think about this some more......
Any thoughts on this?????????????????? Pics greatly welcomed.
