Homespun Gauge Wheels
I have searched for info on gauge wheels for box blades to no avail. I am interested in mounting wheels on my box blade to alleviate some of the washboard problems that so many of us have experienced.
Has anyone mounted gauge wheels to their box blade?
Do you have pictures to post?
Are there any sites with gauge wheels mounted on a box blade?
Thanks, hess.

Re: Homespun Gauge Wheels
hess, this just a thought, I've never used a guage wheel.
I was thinking, weld a wheeled trailer jack to the sides of the box blade. They make the jacks that swivel up to get them out of the way when you don't need it. Try a copy and paste of the web site, there's a picture of what I was thinking.(I don't know how to make those clickable links)....http://www.ritzcamera.com/cgi-bin/nc...S=boatersworld
Maybe someone who has a gauge wheel will have a better idea if this would work.

hess,
I'm working on a set of guage wheels that will be removable. for my boxblade. I should have them ready in about 2 weeks and will post pics of what I've made.

TraderMark,
After viewing the pics of your self-made tree puller, I can't wait to see this.
Thanks.
