I'm looking to purchase a land pride box blade for my new Kubota L2800. Since I hate to find out things the hard way, what size would be ideal for my tractor? I plan on using it mostly to grade my driveway and level some dirt from time to time. I don't want to get something too big and have problems when the blade gets full, but then again I don't want to work harder than I have to.

I have a 72" Woods GB72 on my Kubota L3130HST. It just covers the rear wheels...which I have spaced at the widest possible stance. You might want to measure your rear tires to see what size box blade you would need to cover your rear wheel tracks. I would think that your tractor would easily pull a five foot box scrape, maybe even a 65".
I think anything wider on my tractor would be too much. It will pull a full load up a hill, but you can tell it is really working on the traction...even with front end loader, 4X4 and liquid filled rear tires. Of course, this has almost always been in rather wet ground as I bought my tractor in November and it hasn't been very dry this Winter.
My friend has a Land Pride tiller and has been very happy with it. I think anyone would be happy with anything made by Land Pride.
Maybe someone with an L2800 and box scrape will chime in and help out on this one.

Good luck,
Curt
