I'm looking to pull some of my garden tractor's implements with my Kubota 3130. I'd be using the regular drawbar, not a drawbar on the 3pt. I have had a hard time finding one of those brackets that bolt to the drawbar. The bracket has about a two inch rise or drop.. depending on which side of the bar you bolt it to. The hole on the end lines up with the hole in the drawbar and you drop a pin down through with the implement hitch in between. I've seen something in the JCWhitney catalog that is itself a hitch for attaching to a step bumper.. looks like it could work.. but it has a four inch drop which is too much for me.

I've seen these things on tractors for decades but do you think I can find one in a store or online?

thanks for any help.

There are bolt on ATV hitches that will likely do what you want. You could bolt it right to your drawbar. JC Whitney, RockyMountainATV.com , DennisKirk.com are some starting points in looking for it.

Something like this may be what you are looking for: Three Way ATV Hitch

That hitch could be used without the ball, but will give you the drop/lift you want.

It looks good! Wish I had it in my hand to check out the lineup on the holes. My drawbar does have a variety of hole sizes and spacing.. So I think it can work. I guarantee it's the closest thing I've seen!

ATVs only have a single hole to mount the bracket in, so it should be a matter of just bolting it on. My ATVs have holes in the back about the same size as a drawbar. I have hooked up hay wagons, hitch balls, clevises, etc. to them without problems.

I did order the ATV hitch. I think it will serve me a couple of ways. I can leave a ball attached for the log splitter and still be able to use it as a clevis hitch. It's not exactly what I orignally had in mind.. I would have been satisfied with a straight bar drawbar of some sort.. But it's BETTER!

This is why I love this website.

thanks again!
