I have 5 acres I want to plant with wheat in the fall and haygrazer in the spring. I was using a old 16' IH wheat drill before but it is larger and hard to manuever around my small property and now that I am getting a new small tractor I am looking for something smaller that I could use to plant with but I have not seen much available. Hoping for something 8' or less and at a reasonable cost.

Just look for an old JD wheat drill there are thousands of them out there at low prices. There are also some used no-till drills available for rental and the Coop's, Soil Conservation Dict. & Feed Stores.

We still have several of the used 8 ft drills at reasonable prices. Most are John Deere, Case or Massey Ferguson--If interested? Email sweet@scrtc.com or call 270-528-3323-mon-fri-8-5-cst--Ken Sweet
