Any recommendations for a PHD for a Kubota B7500. Gonna build a deck soon, rebuild the fence too and those hand held diggers ain't gonna kill me.... I'll leave that to the new baby arriving in July (a first time daddy at 43).

I have one from TSC with a nine inch auger that works fine. Congrats on the new baby on the way!! Good luck with both.

Same here, bought it at TSC and I think it was a Speedco... something like that... and a 9" auger as well. Worked great on my B7500. I've dug close to 100 holes with it (little by some standards, I know) and beat the living heck out of it. Many were in compacted gravel/fill with rocks and it still works good, but the auger bit looks like heck... /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

It's got my vote for an inexpensive PHD with no downforce.

Went to TSC and got a PHD model 65. Big trouble, for it to work, [pick it up] I had to cut 10 inches off the auger, drill a hole in the boom 11 towards the tractor. Works great now. Was thinking that they would all be the same, until I saw Killer B set up here. I'm happy with the holes it digs.
