If anyone has tried to clean up hay that cattle has layed in walked on and done other things on that cattle do, you know that it is not easy to scoop it up with a fel bucket. I need a set of pallet forks for my tractor for a number of things, just got done with them. I had a set of forks and one single one, thought I would put all of them on and see if I could scoop up all of that used hay from feeding this winter and it works really good. Here are some pics of my bush hog quick attach pallet fork I built.

The bucket for my old Freeman loader was a manure fork bucket. It had a plate to go over the teeth when loading loose material. Nice to see you adapt what you own to do the job.

When you get down to the left overs, a landscape rake works well to pile it up, without tearing the ground up.Looks like your rig is working well on the big pile.

I had fun doing that all day Sat... 25 manure spreader loads.. I was spreading it out over last year's corn fields. I've found that if you "set up" your bucket load first.. it's easier to get a full FEL.. bucket teeth are a must.
