Not sure where this went, but the site with the manuals was copyright protected, so likely deleted by admins. Good that they are on top of this.
The clutch appears to be the bellville spring arrangement. The bolts (6) with lock nuts are to be set at gap of 4mm, and the bellville spring apparently handles the correct pressure under load (at least for the LX4-LX6 rotary cutters). Maybe as well on the JD 670 tiller too?

Sorry about that FarmerJeff. A fine "Welcome" for a new member, but we all have to follow the rules, and sometimes they get missed by not reading all the 'boilerplate' at the beginning. Don't go away, however. You will enjoy this site in the future. It's a great bunch with a lot of knowledge, and a whole lot more of 'opinions' that are great to know /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif about.
