Paint Match For King Kutter Yellow?

Anybody have a paint that matches KK's yellow? I bought a can of BPS Buff Primer # 5339-00 that looks close, not sure if there is something better.

All my KK implements will need a full paint job soon as it wasn't great to start with. I will change colors then, maybe to orange?

I don't know this to be gospel, but I've heard it is "new" Caterpillar yellow.

New Cat Yellow, about $30/gal at your local Cat dealer. They also make a very good Cat brand primer thats tinted the same color, which sticks like glue to clean surfaces and makes the top coat cover evenly. Both are very easy to apply and have excellent directions on the can. Be sure to also get the correct thinner, here again Cat makes a branded thinner that is compatible with their paint. They are all reasonably priced, durable and made for eqipement use.

Or, if you have a TSC nearby, get a can of thier Equiptment Yellow. It's a dead on match.

Kubota Orange. $20/gallon at Tractor Supply Co.
