Rake T-5 Harley Rake Price

I have a line on a brand new never been used Glenmac Harley Power Rake for $3,700. Somebody plz talk me out of buying this new "TOY" /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif. The price seems Soooo right though /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

Sounds like a great deal. I just put a "worksite pro" power rake on the front of my J.D. 320 S.S. ( it is a harley power rake with the J.D. worksite name.) it is six feet wide powered by my aux hyd, and angled by hyd through the use if an electice diverter valve. Delivered to me at a little over $7000.00!!!

This may be a silly question, but what is a Harley Rake used for?

No, I had the shipping and everything set up but when I called the seller off of e-bay the price listed was wrong. I was bidding on it and no one met the reserve but after the auction I received an e-mail from e-bay stating that the seller was offering it to me at 3,700. So was I was all set to jump. It was no fault of the dealer/seller, he had somebody do the e-bay'ing for him and he had no intention to sell for that price. No harm- No foul.. /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif I'm sure that all of us that were bidding on it got the same e-mail. That definetly would have been my "to me from me" gift for X-mas. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Went to a local auction today where there was a Harley rock rake PTO powered $600 and a matching Harley rock picker went for $450. Both working & good shape.
