I just received my Markham tooth bar. Im very impressed with the quality of the tool and the service I received from the Markham Welding Company. The Toothbar was delivered in 3 days with a personal Thankyou from the owner. That's good service!

Do you have any pictures of it yet? I'd sure like to see it. Do they(Markham) have a website to visit with sizes available and prices?
Thanks,

You buggers... I tried to order from that gal with the nice southern accent and she told me that they were backordered and didn't know when they could make a toothbar for me. She may be butt ugly (or not) but that voice made this northerner agree with whatever she said. So now they're up and running, I need to call again. Thanks

We need pics.

Markham Welding

Just give them a call and ask for a price or do a search here for an idea what other people have been spending for your size toothbar. The prices and quality are reportedly very good.

Good Luck,
Kevin

I received mine last Friday. 53" cost $203 + $35 shipping to Ohio. I installed it in about 15 minutes. Very nice piece. Great quality and welds. I used it today. I'm sure not very good at operating with it on. I moved a couple tons of dirt out of my packed garage floor which is mostly rock and clay. Probably one of the most frustrating projects I've done to date. I can't seem to get onto the proper angle of the loader bucket with the toothbar on. I ended up taking it back off. I did much better without it. I guess I need some practice

Thanks for price and shipping information. As far as your statement above, yought try to add a loader level of some sort to let you get the right approach angle with the new toothbar. Look into that a little more. I'm sure other members have had the same problem.

When I first got my Markham toothbar I sort of got frustrted trying to dig with it the first few times also. After you get used to it you will find it does things you would never think of doing with a straight edge bucket. I actually point the teeth down a bit and go slow. Pops the ground right up into the bucket. Great for carrying brush around and digging small saplings etc out. Great addition to any tractor.
