I have seen that TeeJet makes a 10psi tip that won't leak when the pressure drop below 10 psi on the boom sprayer. What is the mfg # for this tip and do I have to do anything other than insert this tip in my current setup which has a filter and regular 20 inch spray tip? Talked to the people at TSC which had some TeeJet nozzles but they didn't know what I was talking about, in their defense it was a new store in Lee Summit, MO.

I don't have the part # with me, but I do have those check valves on both of my sprayers. They aren't "spray tips" as you referred to them. They are the "body" that holds the tip. They have a 10 PSI diaphram in them. As you mentioned, when the pump is turned off, and line pressure drops below 10 PSI, they close off, preventing "dribbling" from the spray tips. You should be able to find them (on-line) at Agri-Supply, Shoup, or on Tee-Jet's website. (I bought mine through Agri-Supply) If you can't find the info, PM me, and I'll dig up a part # when I get home. (Had to go in to work for a few hours this morning.)
