Here's a better look at the 4 point mount.

As you can see, there is no top link involved with this setup. This is a very easy setup to install and remove your hoe.

That what it looks like for my 9000 as well.

None of the subframes pictured earlier look like the subframe for my BH7500 and B7800. Mine is woods #52999 supposed to be for either 6500s or 7500s used on Kubota B2710/2910/7800. The BH itself mounts to two plates at the back of the subframe and to the tractor via a heavy duty toplink. The subframe itself mounts to the 3ph lift arm pins and tapers to about 1' wide at the front and fits into a mounting bracket under the engine.

It is clear to me that, with my subrame, you can't omit the toplink because the only support for the BH would then be the two mounting plates at the rear of the subframe and I really doubt that they could sustain even the static weight of the BH, much less the forces generated during operation.

You can't see it in the previous pictures but the subframe not only bolts to the loader subframe and axle but also the ROPS. Its looks like that is where the extra upper support comes from.

Looks a lot like the mine. I've got the 4 pt set-up tp mount a Woods 7500 on my NH TC33D. Works great, easy on/off, etc.

It's interesting to see some of the minor differences between our two set-ups. Your wrench hangs outside the subframe, mine hangs inside. From the look of your first photo, your lower pins drop down into a u-shaped "saddle" from above (unless I'm not seeing it correctly in your photo. My saddle is inverted. You raise the pins for the two lower mounts up into an "n"-shaped saddle (opens downward).

Also, I noticed your lower 3 point hitch arms are removed when the backhoe is on. Do you have to do that? On mine, I just remove the stabilizer bars (by pulling a few pins... no tools involved), and leave the lower armsm on the tractor.

The photo I posted of the older subframe for an L3010 is not of my hoe. I would never operate the hoe without the toplink, however. I installed this same kind of ladder subframe on an L2550 and it is very similar. My objections to it were that it used mounting holes that were also used by the 3-pt hitch and it located the hoe very far to the rear.

As for the 4-pt subframes, I have never had one, but I like the fact that they do not use a toplink and they do not seem to block the 3-pt. They seem to locate the hoe too far out back IMHO, however. When I build custom subframes and locate the hoe closer, the tractor's handling is much improved and ground clearance is better.

This attachment is for a 7500 on a B-series (B7800?).

What dfkrug's photo shows is exactly the subframe I have on myWoods 7500 for attachment to my B7800. The front bracket stays on the tractor chasis and the front of the subframe attaches with a long pin. Mine also has the same tubular heavy duty toplink, use of which which I am sure, for this subframe is required.

I have pried boulders out with this setup that were so large that the FEL could barely lift them and, so far at least, no damage to the tractor. The Woods 7500, BTW, is a pretty good backhoe combination with the large B series tractors.

The Woods 4 point subframe on my TC33D could not put the backhoe any closer to the rear of my tractor without eliminating the backhoe seat.
