For all past and future CCM tiller buyers, it would be very helpful for them to know exactly where the CCM dealers are that have gears and support parts in stock today, other than yourself?--Ken Sweet
Ken we have as many dealers posted on our website as Buy Smart/First Choice has posted on their website. Just remember CCM tillers do not have chains to break or any need for chain adjusters. The lower HP lighter weight consumer tillers are chain driven. Even Sicma has gear drive tillers in their higher HP models.

From your response, may we assume that you are the only source for gears and support parts for CCM tillers? Is this correct?--Ken Sweet

For those wishing to evaluate tillers [ gear/chain] Just send me ones that will fit on my little B7100.

I have a few acres of slate/granite/ clay based drumlin sidehill that would be a perfect site. It is an old farmsite that has been abandoned for many years. It will surely test the mettle of your products.

The testing period can be started this spring and final report could be submitted in one and a half years or this fall if required. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

All Right you Two. Go To Your Rooms!!! Just kiidding. I know, it's compitition. You're both good dealers with product that have and give great value and it's good to know where to get parts. I own a 58" grey market Iseki tiller and I probably would be outa luck for chain or sprokets for it, so getting support is always a consideration. I like you both and when the time comes replace the Iseki I will look at your products first from both of you. Thankyou for all your time spent answering the endless questions and trying to help our fellow farmers with usually something odd that's broken. bjr

The correct item # RTR 2570, reverse rotation. Sorry. Around Albany N.Y. few if any dealers have stock parts for attachments. John Deere has large warehouse near Syracuse. No extra charge parts next day.

Are these the same First choice tillers that have rust problems?

Same brand, yes. I haven't had any problem with mine in three years. The one in that thread was 1-1/2 years old. Maybe it was less of a problem than was thought.

I have a First Choice 1066 and it has been flawless. I am sure the CCM product is very well made as well. The L3010 was on the lower end HP for the CCM and the First Choice fit my tractor power profile better. When I trade up to a bigger or more powerful tractor I will consider CCM, but for now the First Choice is perfect for my application. No rust problem at all.
Both Sweet and CCI are great companies.

Are both those tillers offsetable? If so is there driveline angle issues. I assume there's a limit on how far the offset is? maybe give me a website with a few details on that or just a couple of dimensions as to offset. Thanks bjr
